TRABAJO COLABORATIVO EN SEXTO A Y B DE EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA

PROYECTO: NUEVA ZELANDA 

A lo largo de este curso vamos a trabajar en grupos diferentes proyectos relacionados con cada unidad del libro del alumno de Inglés. El primero es el Proyecto de Nueva Zelanda … un país impresionante! ¿Sabéis cómo han trabajado los alumnos y alumnasde 6º A y B en esta tarea? ¡Vamos a descubrirlo juntos! 

Primero la clase entera decidió junta las reglas a seguir y después organizamos los diferentes grupos para trabajar varios temas asociados a Nueva Zelanda como el mapa, bandera, historia, tradiciones, interesante visitar, gente famosa, etcétera. Además la idea es tener un adecuado conocimiento sobre el país y al final hacer una presentación para toda la clase y visitar la Pizarra Digital para ver un documental sobre esta… asombrosa Nación!

COLLABORATIVE WORK ON 6TH A & B OF PRIMARY EDUCATION

PROJECT: NEW ZEALAND 

A long this course we´re going to work in groups different projects related to each unit of the Student Book of English. The first one is New Zealand Project…an awesome country! Do you know how the students of 6th A and B have worked on this task? 

Let´s find out together!! 

First of all, the whole class decided together the rules to follow to and then we organised the different groups to work into several topics associated to New Zealand as the Map, Flag, History, Traditions, Worth visiting, Celebrities and so on. Besides that the idea is to have a well-kown knowledge about this country and at the end to make a display to everybody in the classroom and visiting the Interactive White Board (IWB) to watch a documentary about this… amazing Nation!

Esta semana en Natural y Social Science, los alumnos de 3º de educación primaria hemos hecho un concurso de cartulinas con los contenidos mas importantes del segundo tema de ambas asignaturas.
Para ello, han tenido que trabajar en grupo, colaborando así entre compañeros de clase, con los objetivos de interiorizar dichos contenidos y decorar las clases y pasillos de nuestro colegio.


This week in Natural and Social Science Students in 3rd of primary education have made a contest of posters using the most important contents related with the second unit of both subjects . To do this, they had to work together , collaborating with some of their classmates. The main objectives in this activity were: To learn all the contents and to decorate all the classrooms and corridors in our school.

Finally crystallization occurred!!!. Here you can admire the result of this practice.

Los alumnos de 2º de primaria han participado en un proyecto sobre reciclaje dentro de las asignaturas de Arts and Crafts y Science.
Dividimos las clases en varios grupos para trabajar en los diferentes contenedores de vidrio, plásticos y metales, material orgánico y papel.
Ellos han dibujado, coloreados y pegados sobre cartulinas lo que han recolectado por sus medios. Sus profesoras están muy orgullosas de ellos.



Pupils of 2nd course of Primary have been involved in a project about Recycling in Arts & Crafts and Science.
The classes were divided into groups to work on the different containers.
They have drawn, coloured and sticked on cardboard the packaging they have collected on their own. Their teachers are very proud of them.

 

THE SCARF GAME

Esta semana, los alumnos de 3º de Primaria han trabajo todo el vocabulario de la unidad 2, referente a las tareas domésticas y al tiempo libre, a través del juego: " La bufanda voladora". Para ello, dividimos la clase en dos grupos, asignándoles a uno de ellos las tarjetas con la palabra escrita y al otro las tarjetas con la fotografía que describe dicha palabra. A continuación el profesor le explica a los alumnos que se coloquen la tarjeta asignada en la cabeza, de forma que los que estén en frente puedan verla, y sujetando con una mano una bufanda grita la acción seleccionada en Inglés para que el niño que la tenga ( en palabra o fotografía) se levante corriendo y coja la bufanda antes que el contrincante para llevársela a su equipo y sumar un punto.

Repetimos el juego en varias posiciones: tumbados boca arriba, sentados, de rodillas, ... 

                                                 


THE SCARF GAME

This week , students in 3rd grade are working around the vocabulary unit 2, concerning housework and leisure, throughout the game : " The flying scarf ." To do this , Teachers divided the class into two groups , assigning one of them cards with the written word and the other cards with photograph describing the word. Then the teacher explains to the students assigned to the head , so that those in front can see it , and with one hand holding card put a scarf screams English selected action for the child who has it ( in word or picture) running up and take the scarf before the match for his team and bring it to score a point.

Repeat the game several positions: lying face up, sitting , kneeling ... .

 

THREE, TWO, ONE... ACTION!!

Los alumnos de 1º de Primaria practicamos las estructuras gramaticales:
- What´s your name?
- How old are you?
- What´s your favourite color?
- What´s your favourite toy?

De manera divertida. Nos disfrazamos y...3, 2, 1 ¡ comenzamos con las entrevistas!

"The Pyramid food"

Los alumnos de 4º de Primaria hemos trabajado de una forma divertida y en equipos "La Pirámide de los alimentos".

Hemos trabajado en la clase de Science en grupos. Nos dividimos de acuerdo a las instrucciones que nuestros profesores nos han dado. Hemos tenido que organizar el trabajo utilizando la lengua inglesa como único vehículo de esta actividad.

Cada equipo debía diseñar su propia Pirámide de alimentos usando una cartulina, dibujos de comida sin colorear, tijeras y pegamento.

Al final de la actividad, los diferentes equipos han descrito a sus compañeros su trabajo.

Los profesores estamos muy satisfechos con esta actividad, pues nos han demostrado como son capaces de expresarse y organizarse ellos mismos en la segunda lengua que están aprendiendo diariamente, y, por otro lado, que han comprendido qué es la Pirámide de los alimentos y como ésta se estructura.

Los alumnos han mostrado una gran responsabilidad organizándose y siguiendo las dos reglas básicas de esta actividad

¡Han disfrutado mucho!

"The Pyramid food"

4th grade of Primary has been working on the didactic unit “The Pyramid Food” in a funny way and teamwork.

We have given science classes working with our students in groups. They were divided according to the instructions given by their teachers. Students had to organize their work using the English language as the only vehicle for this activity.

Each team had to design their own Pyramid Food Guide using a cardboard and drawing food without being coloured, scissors and glue.

At the end of the activity, Each group had to describe their classmates’ work.

The teachers have been very pleased with this activity, which has shown how our students are able to express and organize themselves in the second language they are learning daily and they have understood what the Food Pyramid Guide is and how it is structured.

Students have shown great responsibility being entrusted with this task and following the two basic rules of the activity and have had a really good time!

 

Crystallization

This week, 1st grade of Secondary students have begun his second Biology practice, crystallization. After learning the theory of solutions, they have prepared their own solutions using water and salt. Now we just have to wait for the water to evaporate, we hope to see resultssoon!!

Atoms

Students of 1st grade of Secondary have had their first Biology practice, scientific drawing. Last week they began doing drawings of the atomic model, with their protons, electrons and neutrons.

They are a new generation of scientists.

LET’S GO SHOPPING!

Los alumnos de segundo de primaria, estamos trabajando la unidad didáctica “Let's go shopping”. Para ello, a través de diferentes juegos practicamos las estructuras gramaticales y el vocabulario. Una de las actividades realizadas ha sido montar un mercado donde los alumnos de los dos cursos han vendido y comprado diferentes alimentos. ¡Lo hemos pasado muy bien!.

LET’S GO SHOPPING!

2nd grade of Primary is working on the didactic unit “Let’s go shopping”. They have played different games to practise the grammatical structures and vocabulary. One of the activities, which has been carried out, has been opening a market where both 2nd courses have sold and bought different food. We have had a really good time!
